Follow all the steps below to be onboarded as an Agency Partner and use our white label services.
Do you have clients? Are you ready to get started and use our white label media buyers?
Follow all the steps below. Once you have completed this, our team will accept your Slack invitation and we can get started right away.
Step 1 - Add Us To Your Slack Workspace (Important)

Add our communications manager 'caymantdredge@gmail.com' to your Slack workspace. (It's a personal Gmail because clients can see each members email address).
Once we have been added and you have completed the additional onboarding steps below, we will accept the invitation and can get started right away.
All future communication will be on Slack and we can discuss next steps.
Step 2 - Implement Client Onboarding Form
Client onboarding is a vital part of running a successful agency. We've crafted a perfect onboarding form to allow us to not only gather all the information we need on the client, but to also make it more efficient for both your agency and our media buyers.
Please implement this onboarding form into your agency before moving forward.
Note: Unfortunately we can't duplicate the Google form for you. You have to go to Google Forms and setup a new form. I have provided a template of the questions for you to add.
Step 3 - Read Our Agency Partner Expectation Document
We are a huge believer in setting the right expectations. This ensure we set off on the right foot with your agency, after all, we are looking for a long term relationship.
Please read in full our agency partner expectation document. This document includes all the information on how we work, what we do, what we don't do, and any other important factors worth noting before we progress in working together.

Step 4 - Read Our Document On Increasing Retention (How Our Client Tiering System Works, Contract Commitments)
Client retention doesn't just come down to the service delivery, it also has a lot of other factors. We want to introduce you to our client tiering system and some other ideas you can implement into your agency which can help increase the retention of all future clients.
